We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Tracking included
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every ElegaMuse piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward return process ensures your experience remains elegant and hassle-free.
Return Policy Details
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A copy of your order confirmation must accompany your return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
All other accessories and apparel from our collections (including gowns, dresses, matching sets, and formalwear) are eligible for return.

Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refund issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process

- Price differences for exchanges will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items
